Processing and Shipping Time

At Rimpacti, we take pride in the quality of our service. Please note that all orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5-8 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment Confirmation

Damages and Issues

Rimpacti is not liable for any products damaged or lost during the shipping process. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
